The SHIP app is not linked to our store, the apps marks orders as shipped when they are being processed only.

Please note we cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed under any circumstance.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address for security reasons.

If you order a Pre-order item then your order will not be despatched until that item is available. If you have more than the Pre-order item in your order then we will not ship any of the items until the pre-order is available.

Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Standard Worldwide and Express Worldwide shipping cost varies depending on location and weight and this will be worked out at checkout.

Please note EVRI Next Working Day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Due to high volumes in all courier networks due to strikes and the busy Christmas period, we can not open an investigation and claim for a refund of a non-delivered parcel with Evri until 40 working days from dispatch.

There is the option to purchase "UK Evri Next Working Day" delivery in addition to the standard delivery (UK only).

Unfortunately the Evri Next Working Day service is not available for customers in a BT postcode.

This option is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed for "Next Day" on a Friday Before 2PM will arrive Monday. Orders placed for "Next Day" over the weekend will arrive Tuesday. If you require a Saturday Delivery then please select "Saturday Delivery" at the checkout.

 

COURIERS

We use DPD/DHL/Evri for all UK deliveries.

We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.

Evri is currently contactless delivery with GPS proof and will leave the parcel at the address given on the order. We do not take any responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will assist you further.

For most European Countries we use FedEx/DHL/Pro Carrier, they will provide an email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and status

Express Worldwide shipping is provided by Fedex/DHL/Pro Carrier, they  will provide a text and email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and delivery status.

If For any reason your parcel arrives Damaged, you must refuse the parcel with the courier. If you accept the parcel you are accepting this at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for lost items.

Please note we may change courier services at any given time due to processing.

STANDARD & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS FOR UK ORDERS. (Not including weekends or bank holidays)

Your item will be dispatched between 1-3 working days after your order is placed.

Standard Delivery then takes between 7-11 working days in the UK and up to 14 workings days for the rest of the world including Europe and Republic of Ireland.

Delivery to RUSSIA is not guaranteed - we have found that delivery to Russia is often delayed due to Russian customs.  It has been know to take several weeks for items to arrive. We can provide tracking information but we cannot provide an estimated delivery date.

There are now additional duties and import charges and VAT to be paid by the customer for parcels being imported to Europe from the UK. Please check your countries rules and regulations for costing for import duties, tax and VAT from the UK.

If there are additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country then the customer is responsible for these.

Any import duties and taxes not paid by the customer and refused, may be either destroyed or sent back to us. In the case they are sent back to us, you will be liable to cover the cost of return fees, duties and taxes.

All Armed Forces parcels delivered to army bases will be delivered by Royal Mail.

These estimates are correct for 95% of deliveries, we do not, however have control over the postal service. Therefore deliveries to International customers may see an increased delay to their deliveries due to the postal service in their country. Royal Mail will only assist us with a claim after 25 days have elapsed.

Additional remote area service charges for certain postcodes and handling charges for heavier and larger parcels can be added by the courier after your order is placed and in this case, we will send you an email explaining this and a paypal invoice for the additional cost.

Acts of God provisions, also called “Force Majeure”, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, snow or other natural disasters. In this instance if your delivery is delayed due to Force Majeure, it will be delivered as soon as it is viable.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (DPD)

PLEASE NOTE NEXT WORKING DAY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME.

EXPRESS WORLDWIDE DELIVERY (DHL/Fedex)

There is the option to purchase an "Express" delivery worldwide. Express delivery allows your purchase to be with you within 14 working days (Monday-Friday).

If you select Express Worldwide delivery your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday until 4pm BST).

If there are additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country then the customer is responsible for these, if not paid the shipper will dispose of the parcel.

Deliveries will be made Via Fedex and full tracking will be made available to you via text and/or email.

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY

There is the option to purchase "Saturday" delivery in addition to the standard delivery (UK only).

This option is available for orders placed before 4pm on Fridays, unless Friday is a Bank holiday.

If Friday is a Bank Holiday and you require a Saturday delivery then you must select Saturday Delivery before 4pm Thursday.

UK DPD NEXT WORKING DAY/UK DHL Next Working Day

There is the option to purchase "UK DPD/DHL Next Working Day" delivery in addition to the standard delivery (UK only).

DPD Next working day option is available for orders placed before 4pm on Monday-Thursday.

DHL Next working day option is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday.

Weekends and Bank holidays are not working days and if orders are placed on these days or after 2pm on Monday to Thursday your parcel will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Please note that if a parcel is returned to sender at the fault of the customer, for example a collection not being made from a collection point/no answer to delivery attempts, a fee of £5.99 will apply for the cost of the parcel to be returned to us, plus an additional fee of £5.99 for the parcel to be resent. Alternatively if the customer would prefer a refund, a deduction of £5.99 would be made from this for the cost of the return.
